"I have stayed in this hotel many times which makes me biased in answering your questions. I know many of the old staff quite well so my return is always most warm and accommodating.This hotel is probably the best of the old Monterrey hotels that has recently undergone a sympathetic refit and moved into the Sheraton fold"
