"This was our first trip to Mexico City, to a non-English speaking country and to a First World/Third World country. We were a bit concerned about how we would handle everything. Everyone, literally everyone, at the Marco Polo was helpful and friendly without "mothering" us. They earned a step above excellent in our book. "Located in an area with restaurants and several shops, easy accesible by car and a good service. Please consider that it is located in Mexico City, where not everywhere is safe to walk during the day or evenings, but in the Zona Rosa district we felt relatively safe. I would recommend this hotel for business and touring."
