"Super location. The only thing they need to improve on are the bed linens and towels. It's time for NEW ones!!"

"Would have liked a second chair in the room, but the room was quiet, bed comfortable, nicely decorated, and clean, Bath had modern fixtures and large shower. Breakfast included yogurt, berries, juices, fruit & croissants. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"modernist decor in a historic character building in the shadow of Chateau Frontenac. Best rate was found on Canadian Hotel Guide online."

"Very modern furnishings and a great location with excellent service. Large room, attractive, with a few odd inconveniences - no chests, and a miniscule closet; no counter space in the bathroom. he staff is friendly and accomodating."

"It would help to have better lighting on the elevator as it's hard to see the floor buttons.
Staff was very accommodating about storing my luggage before I checked in and after I checked out.
Florescent lights in the bed headboard are the greatest lights for reading ever!"

"a beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Quebec; a piece of Europe on our doorstep."

"My room (207) was next to an atrium with a glaring flood light. The light was so strong that shone through the top of room curtain. Needless to say I have some problem sleeping on some nights. When I asked for a different room, they wanted to charge me $40 additional for a better room. I thought that was unreasonable.
I was quoted for $130/night when I reserved the room. They wanted to charge me $190 during check out. They only accepted the lower rate after I showed them the reservation record. I wondered what would happen if I hadn't brought the record with me.
Other than the above two issues, I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was close to everything which was very convenient. My wife and I often went back to the hotel for a brief rest before going to our next destination for the day. A continental breakfast was included for each day in the hotel. The great deal was that you can order other stuff in the menu and just pay for the differences."

"Hotel St.Anne was exactly what I hoped it would be and more. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were new and beautiful. The location couldn't of been better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Quebec. There are certain things that some people might not like. The windows in the room can't open and it is a little dificult to get your lugguge into the hotel because there are no cars allowed down the street. But, all in all they are just little things. Overall, everything was very enjoyable. You really got a feel of old Quebec. Artists outside your window and entertainers in front of their cafe, made it a very special place to stay. Me and my husband loved it."

"Great location for shopping, attractions and restaurants. Convenient parking across the street at the city hall. The reception staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast at the attached Grill restaurant is superb."

"This was our first visit to Quebec City, Canada August 5-8, 2005 and it was excellent trip for our anniversary. We stayed at the quaint Hotel Sainte-Anne on 3rd floor with nice street/chrch view. This included a continental breakfast (If you order something eles at their restrant, they will give $6.50 discount per person from your bill) which was very good deal and the service was friendly. Our disappointments were that our bathroom did not have a bathtub (but the shower pressure was strong and steady), and TV and coffee maker did not work (they were fixed after we claimed). The room looks great with moden/minimalist style, but needs more storage space.
The hotel was excellent location and within walking distance to everything. The location surpassed the price which was equally reasonable."

"This is our second time at this hotel. We love it. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and the location is perfect. We will definitely recommend it to friends. Our room was a little noisy this time. I am not sure if it was the elevator or the noise from the kitchen. The corners of the bedframe are very sharp. We all hit our shins once or twice. Other than that it is perfect!"

"A small hotel with personality. There could not be a better location for visiting old Quebec. We will stay here again."
