"The purpose for our stay in May at your hotel was for a conference at Laval University. My colleague, Dr. Suurtamm and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Chateau Bonne Entente. The comfort and convenience of room 248 was exceptional. We were able to work effectively and still feel pampered. The service in the hotel was excellent. . .The cuisine in the Monte Cristo was superb. However, the service in the dining room did not match the quality of the food. While the dining service was highly efficient, it felt rather orchestrated and uncomfortable--consequently we preferred to use room service.
