"I asked for a non smoking room they told us that they changed us to one and it wasn't true: the smell was unbearable."
Michael from Orlando, FL US stayed on July 18, 2006
"The only problem was the air conditioner was a little tired. I had it set at 60 degrees and the room felt like 80 degrees. I understand the area had a heat wave, with every thing else great,a little heat was not so bad."

"Room was not ready. We had to wait over an hour with a sick child. Husband complained...."
Elaina from Ithaca, US stayed on June 23, 2006
"There is a 10.00 fee to use the fitness facility. I have never been to a hotel that charges you to use their exercise machines. Their facility isn't even that great. No sauna just a small pool"
Marrianne from Toronto, ON CA stayed on May 21, 2006
"the hotel its self was a great look, but checking in was so frustrating, than having the housekeeping come knocking on the door at 9am where its clearly state that i have a 1:00pm check that was not nice, the beds were so wonderful i just wish i could of slept in. thanks marrianne walsh"

"The suite we had and the view of the Falls were exceptional. That said, the restaurant was so-so and the room rate quoted did not include use of the gym and several local taxes which bumped the price up cosiderably. So my advice would be this - go for the view for 1 night, but eat elsewhere."

"Everything was excellent!"
Scott from Akron, OH US stayed on February 12, 2006
"The view was wonderful. Everything else was a mess. I had listed on the comment card about 8 things that went wrong or were unacceptable. That is not good and surely not worth the cost. I intend on contacting the Corporate Office to voice my complaints."
Patrick from West Palm Beach, FL US stayed on July 29, 2005
"Literally stepping out the door and onto the Falls, restaurants and entertainment was extremely convenient."
Edward from Sterling Heights, MI US stayed on July 17, 2005
"The fallsview rooms were great, you are able to open your window on look out onto the city. You can see all the way up Clifton Hill Rd, and both the falls from room 1774. the outdoor pool was really nice, but the indoor pool was a bit small. Also, the nights they have fireworks was really nice...from the 17th floor, you are about eye level with the fireworks. Tons of fun, and tons to do!!!"
Chris from Cleveland Heights, OH US stayed on June 14, 2005
"The hotel staff was terrific and very accomodating. One aspect of the hotel should be addressed and that is the foyer for the elevators and the elevators themselves. It seems to me that the elevators were an after thought to the construction of the hotel? Small foyer, large crowds either moving in or out, and SLOW elevators does not make a world class hotel."
Dawn from Oakville, ON CA stayed on December 30, 2004
"Sheraton has a customer satisfaction guarantee that is excellent. Our friends booked a fallsview room that ended up having a small roof blocking most of their view. Upon hearing our friends express disappointment while delivering their luggage, the bellhop volunteered to find them a better room. He arranged it all and moved them to a bigger suite on another floor with a wonderful falls view. It was definitely an upgrade with no extra charge nor effort required of our friends. We were all impressed. As well, Sheraton's Sweet Sleeper bed MUST be mentioned. It is by far the most comfortable hotel bed on which any of us had ever slept. We will always book a Sheraton hotel in the future and highly recommend this one in particular. The only thing I would caution guests about is NOT to eat at the Perkins outside of the casino. Our breakfast for four was mediocre and outrageously priced at well over $100. Our dinner the night before was fantastic and reasonably priced at Montecello's (within walking distance). Go there if you can't afford the Sheraton's restaurant. The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was their lack of changing facilities at the pool. We ended up not using it because we did not want to walk through the hotel in our swim suits but there was only a bathroom in which to change poolside. Not very accomodating."

"The room felt just like home!"
Ralph from Novi, MI US stayed on August 15, 2004
"The pool needs to be upgraded. Disappointed that there was no hot tub."
Michele from Eastpointe, MI US stayed on May 02, 2004
"I think the air conditioning on the 18th floor was awful. Was nice on Friday, but the rest of the weekend was bad. Had it on high and all the way down and it still was very warm. Uncomfortable to sleep. Your restaurant is great service, great food, BUT EXTREMELY HIGH IN PRICE. I think you should lower it, many people stayed in your hotel but would not eat at the your restaurant cause it was too exspensive. I think the pricing is way too high. Other then that a wonderful stay. Michele Troczynski 5-4-04"

"hotel guests shouldnt have to pay for parking- if for some reason it's unavoidable, I would suggest adding it in to the room cost."
Anonymous guest from Sheffield Lake, OH US stayed on October 27, 2003
"The "fireplace" was just a picture with motion of a fire. No warmth! There was a glass door that opened with a safety bar onto the "Falls View". The essence of fresh air and the roar of the falls was exhilirating."
Katharina from Sterling Hights, MI US stayed on October 24, 2003
"The parking fee should be included in their rates....would like to save those extra $$$ and I am sure others would love it, too!"
Sara from Eastlake, OH US stayed on October 24, 2003
"needs another restaurant instead of a huge gift shop and jewelry store. could use a lounge. make walkway to casino more accessible."
