"The breakfast was very poor. Paper plates, plastic knives and forks and paper cups!! The restaurant area did not appear to be particularly clean. The area for the 'self service' breakfast was poor, food not very appealing at all. However, a good point was the shuttle bus to Niagara Falls, however it did stop running a bit early at night. Although we would not recommend the hotel, because recommend is a very strong word, we would say it was Ok bearing the above points in mind."

"The hotel is an excellent value. It is not in the center of the Niagara attractions district, but that was an advantage to us, as it was quiet and restful. The shuttle and people-mover get you wherever you want to go without driving.
The staff was friendly and took care of some problems we had with the room very quickly. I would definitley choose Hapmton Inn again."

"The Hotel overall was ok. However... our room was not as clean as I expected it to be when we arrived. Bathroom sink and beveridge tray dirty, carpet needed vaccumed, and lightbulb in the bedside lamp was hanging by a wire (not safe for children). Staff was pleasant and overall appearence of Hotel was good, however I will not stay there again... too many others in the area to choose from. I'll take my chances somewhere else next time."

"there was a very nice receptionist lady by the name of ashley who was very friendly and approachable.
In addition, there was also another EXTREMELY nice receptionist who was on duty at about 11pm on 12th may 2004. too bad we didnt catch her name. she was extremely attentive and made the best arrangements possible for us at that time and we are indeed very very grateful. thank you so very much for making our stay memorable and delighful. give this receptionist a raise! :)"
