"Mark was extremely heplful at breakfast each morning. He mixed up a "special" drink of orange, cranberry and grapefruit juice, which was very nice. Mark also gave us directions to the venue that put on the live play we saw. Afte we checked out I remembered that the Hotel accepted Air Miles. We were NOT reminded of this at check out but when I called back they DID take our number to credit our account with the Air Miles. The suites were very nice and we stayed an extra night because the suite was so comfortable."

"disappointed in $1 charge for each time the phone is used even if no one answered the phone. We complained and staff at frontdesk understood and cancelled the fee. Still a high fee for simple local phonecalls eg. airlines."
