"The car park for Powder Lodge was fine but the instructions for finding it were extremely poor...the diagram even named the hotel above the entrance wrongly! Please issue a clear map...it is very close and convenient but the entrance and signs are not clear from the narrow and busy street, and the verbal instructions given by the reception staff were poor."
