"There is a need for better communication regarding checking in to the hotel. There was no hotel staff available when we checked in, there were no instructions informing us that we needed to go to another Resort Quest hotel for check-in. We called the reservation number for more information and was on hold for 20 minutes, using our cell phone. We were given conflicting information regarding parking, we were told by "Marquise" staff that parking was included in our hotel package but when we checked in at the Aspen, the staff told us that since we booked through Travelocity, this was not the case. This information needs to be relayed better to your customers. Even though we booked through Travelocity, we still paid for our stay at your hotel. This was the second time we stayed at your hotel and the same problems occurred, e.g. lack of communication regarding where to check in and parking."

Resortquest Marquise Lodge

The ResortQuest Marquise offers townhome accommodations in Whistler, BC, approximately 85 miles from Vancouver International Airport. The property's common amenities include an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, guest services desk, ski-in/ski-out access, ski storage, laundry facilities, dry sauna, and underground parking (fee). One- and two-bedroom units are available. Accommodations are wheelchair accessible. Each unit includes air-conditioning, an alarm clock radio, full kitchen (range oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), linens and towels, living and dining area, gas fireplace, VCR, cable TV, iron, ironing board, and private balcony. Note: This is a non-smoking property. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A touch up clean and towel and linen change are included once every 4 days for stays of 5 nights or longer. Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee.Check in location - The Aspens - Check in: Sun to Thu 7am - 11pm; Fri and Sat - 24 hours per day. Afterhours check-in to be directed to Glacier Lodge at 4573 Chateau Blvd.
