"Very frustrating experience. Did not get room I booked (got 1 bed instead of 2) INTERNET DID NOT WORK, NOR WAS THERE ANY ASSISTANCE IN GETTING IT TO WORK. They pretty much just told me to go to an internet cafe, likely because they know it does not work. Which begs the question: Why say you have it and let your guest spend an hour trying to get it to work?"
