"I always look in bathrooms at hotels and if they are clean and up to date then I am happy. What got me to stay at Holiday Inn was the one in Langley.Beautiful bathroom!!!!!! and also I got a robe nice touch, I was dissapointed in Kelowna.Also yor front desk clerks could have been more friendly as I felt I was interupting."

"The two rooms we stayed in namely 228 and 230 were very noisy and right above the cleaning facilities and laundry.....6am in the mornings the noise started and when you are on holiday you go to bed late at night and does not appreciate to get woken up at 6 am in the morning by banging and cleaning noises right down below. Our room did not get cleaned on Saturday the 6th and I had a sick child...the cleaning services knocked on our door at 6pm to come and clean...my little guy was sleeping with a terrible fever and I had to ask them to leave the room unmade. We were out till 4:00 pm that day and and there was enough time to clean while we were out."
