When we asked for another room we were told we could not change because we did not book the room directly through the hotel? I'm not sure what other people think but I would expect more from being charged $200 a night? ( Where I come from it's still a lot of money ). Not to mention I would expect a little bit more than to be put on the same floor as they allow dogs and pets. The rooms were not sound proof enough to keep the noise of the barking dogs out. Again, I expect more from a $200 a night room."

There must have been 40 stalls in that private lot. 1/2 the stalls were full of mattresses (old? new?) and used furniture - it looked awful and made a bad impression. The hotel looks like it must have been a great hotel at one point but it does need a complete makeover. For the price - I expected alot more in comparison to paying that kind of moeny elsewhere. The hotel restaurant was terrible (we ate breakfast only - once - and did not want to risk anything else)."

If your looking for the resort life this is it, right on the lake. The pool looked small for the amount of people at the hotel, but again the lake is right there. I would not holiday here, as there are cheaper places in Kelowna, however if money is not a problem for you, fill your boots."
