"This room (404) needs a refit Now! If this is a typical example of the rooms in this hotel I could not consider this as a first line hotel. The carpets were worn, the bathroom was dingy and dark (lightburn was burnt out) the silver on the back of the mirror was worn off! the foor need a good scrub."

"I was happy with the swimming pool however when I went from the elevator to my room it smelt horrible. I will never ever again go to this hotel. It was disgusting!"

"My reservation was to include and americian breakfast. I asked at the desk and they said you don't get a pass, but they will take $20.00 dollars off your food or drink bill. We had breakfast and gave a bill but they didn/t take anything off. I was in a hurry so I did not complain. If you are going to offer this special then all the staff at the front should know about it or how to deal with this. I was not to impressed with this."
