"Yes the girls at the Hotel we very helpful there was a snow storm I had check out and left the Hotel I was on the road and the road conditions were horable I went back to see if I could get a room for the night they had just let the last one go but they had rooms on stand by and they made arrangment for me to have it they didn't want me wandering the city so as soon as the room was ready they phoned to let me know it was done"

"Friendly front desk clerks and the West Edmonton Mall is a 1 minute walk. Room temperature was very warm for the evening, fortunately the air conditioning could be turned on to cool it down. Nice, clean hotel."

"Our room faced the West Edmonton Mall which was nice except for approx 2:00am when patrons of the billiards bowling place (I beleive the name of it was Reds)in the Mall were leaving and roaring up and down the street with their very loud vehicles."
