	Brian from Edmonton, AB CA stayed on February 02, 2006 "Two items, the smoke in the bar lounge was unnacceptable, & when I checked in i asked for an early wake up call for 0445 & reservation on the shuttle for 5am as we had an early 0720 flight to the states. they did not tell us that the shuttle left at 0500hrs on the button & would not wait & when we got downstairs at 0502hrs it was gone & would not be back for over half an hour!! so we had to spend $20.00 on cab to airport & just made our flight, very poor service on behalf of your night crew ."
