"1) Business Centre was wonderful 2) Staff were kind, helpful and very accomodating 3) Room was to be non smoking BUT it must have been smoked in as it smelled and we needed to keep the window open at all times 4) mattress wasn't great- 5) would highly recommend it and will stay with you next time.... thanks"
