"A note for management:
There is no internet-connection in our room. Nowadays wireless connection should in fact be standard in hotels, if necessary with payment per (half)day or even hours."

"Nice staff and clean rooms. The hotel is about a 8-10 minute walk from the downtown shops and restaurants."

"They did not provide breakfast but had a sister hotel a couple of doors down where food was provided but it was very expensive.
Communication was not that good as far as boking arrangements were concerned"

"Nice hotel but the set up took getting use to. It was almost maze like. Very friendly staff but the front desk closed at 11pm and any requests were bumped to the hotel next door."
Peter from St. George, UT US stayed on July 09, 2005
"We did not end up staying at this facility for a couple of reasons. 1) It was over rated on the number of stars (3)
2) The bed loft was up such a steep spiral stairway that is was nearly impossible to get the luggage up and the bathroom was on the lower floor. It would have been an awfull situation to have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
3) The room rate quoted on the print out from the e-mail registration was not the price we were going to be billed by the facility."

"Ghests should have access to OLN (outdoor life network). It seemed impossible to order it when we stayed. Mattresses were incredibly comfortable; is it possible to know the manufacturer and model ?
I found lodging in Jasper and especially Banff too expensive."

"Walls are paper thin!!! Could hear everything from my neighbor."
David from Bury St Edmunds, GB stayed on December 27, 2003
"Phone Calls are too expensive - especially local ones which are free to the hotel and toll free. There is a problem when hotels fleece you over phonecalls when you are already paying a lot to stay. It should be complimentary."
