"We had a wonderful visit. The staff were very hospitable and helpful and it was a wonderful place to come to after a busy day of sightseeing and shopping. I would suggest that the prices of the rooftop bar/ restaurant were a little high, we would have liked to stay and have a drink at our own hotel but were able to find other restaurants in very close proximity that were much cheaper.

"As a Best Western Branded hotel you should be able to expect standards equivalent to western Europe or Canada and the US.
The hotel was dirty badly in need of renovation and smelled like a very badly over-used Ash Tray. My biggest single objection apart from the general tawdyness was the hotels attitude to non smokers. There is no refuge from the constant smoky atmosphere and the consequences of staying in this hotel have left me with an attack of Athsma for the first time in 20 years. Dirty and not worthy of its Best Western Hotel Brand association"
