"They tried to charge us their rack-rate fee for the room, not the amount on our confirmation slip, so we had a rather heated discussion with the front desk. Also, at one of their restaraunts (Il basilico) the service was unfriendly and poor as they wouldn't even try to accommodate us. We left a complaint about this on the customer survey at the hotel. The hotel was very nice but there were some problems on the service side."
