Many guests praised the hotel's location. They found it to be central, as well as close to Oslo Central Station, the airport, the city's centre, shopping and cafes.
Numerous patrons were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, modern, functional, beautiful and spacious, with excellent city views and comfortable beds. A few guests had issues with their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's free buffet breakfast was the source of several compliments by reviewers, who described it as delicious and superb, with a large variety of hot and cold items. One lodger remarked, "The breakfast was AMAZING. They had everything! Breads, pastries, jams, juices, milks, teas, coffees, meats, cheeses, potatoes, eggs. A wonderful big breakfast".
Several lodgers also praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as polite, helpful, professional and service-minded, and claimed that they provided efficient check-in service.
