"Staff very friendly. Room clean and more than adequate. Fantastic location for all usual attractions. Easy to find if you get off at Rialto and follow signs for San Marco you walk past it (on a bridge). Ongoing building work didn't interfere at all - obviously done during the day when out of hotel. Hotel is showing its age (but nothing serious, and being addressed). This just adds to the charactor, after all it is a very old city - if you want plastic - go to L.A. !"
