"The hotel receptionist should know all the laws of the place. For example, me being military personnel i didn't need a passport. Yet the receptionist force me to go to the police station where i was told that i didn't need to see them cuz i was military personnel. And when i ask them that for next time, they should call instead of the person walking or wasting money for taxi they told me it's not they problem. When i ask them that i wanted my money back, they told me that it could not be done. I know that i could have gotten my money back and the reason i didn't do it was because i was with my mother and she was really tired."
