"The hotel was situated right in the heart of Venice (behind St Mark's Square). The boat buses were easy to figure out, so we took a boat bus to the station and then onto Rome (which was so easy to do). The room was slightly old and musky (you know that old stale smokey smell) but once we fumigated the area it was o.k.
Generally it was quite and an average type of hotel but great location (but with not much of a view)"

The rooms are very spacious and furnished in the style of the thirties.
