The hotel is a villa set in a garden with cedars and butterbush, 300 meters from the beach, 10 MINUTES BY FERRY BOAT FROM PIAZZA SAN MARCO, and overlooking the stretch of lagoon, which was the waterway entrance during the period of Serenissima Republic. 73 rooms, some of which are still in art nouveau style. Open air restaurant and bar in summer, where you can taste typical and high quality Venetian cuisine. Meeting rooms suited to welcome up to 80 people. Private landing stage. Special golf packages on request. Family rooms and handicap facilities.<P>THE HOTEL CAN BE REACHED EASILY BY CAR THROUGH THE FERRY - BOAT LINE 17 FROM TRONCHETTO - FREE PARKING AT THE HOTEL.
