"When we checked into the Tre Rose we were informed that our 10 and 11 year old daughters were adults, by the way they consider an adult anyone over the age of 2?! This meant if we were to check in that it would cost an additional 40 euros per night for each of the 2 rooms regardless of the confirmed reservation we had from your firm. After significant negotiation we settled at 20 euros per room per night. The General Manager of the hotel appeared very frustrated with me and the Internet firms that book rooms in his hotel. As a matter of fact he blamed your group for this confusion. The Hotel is located in a great area, near restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Unfortunately, as there is no air conditioning you need to sleep with the windows open which means you are forced to listen to all the drinking patrons of the bar next door which by the way does not close until 2:00AM. In summary, the hotel was clean and had an excellent continental breakfast. I would not however recommend this hotel to anyone due to the frustrations that we experienced. As a matter of fact, I would look to your organization for reimbursement of the additional 20 euros per night per room for the two nights (80 Euros). We look forward to your immediate response.
