"This is a congress hotel in a poor area of Palermo but the hotel has good security and gate service. There is a shuttle bus service from 08.00 am. until 20.00 pm. from the hotel to Palermo centre every day. Unfortunately we were not informed of this until the night before our day of departure, however, we had a hire car so didn't ask. I would advise the hotel to inform guests of this service at reception and/or on the information broschure in the room. We didn't use the restaurant apart from breakfast which was very good and in general the hotel staff were very friendly and efficient in all departments."
