"1) Most everyone at the front desk was great - helpful, attentive, etc. However, we had one person who gave us phone numbers to check on our flights...later that day we asked another person for help with them and she handled them for us. If that had been our first experience I would say the service was superb. Your bellmen were very good. 2) The hotel room at UNA in Firenze had 2 pillows per bed - Tocq only had one and we needed 2...one needed to be softer than the original ones. I do prefer a comforter/duvet to only a sheet. 3) The lunch buffet was quite good and so was it's service. We did not have dinner there. 4) I'd suggest that a list of local restaurants in the area would have been helpful. Maybe things like this exist but they were never offered to us. Help was always there when we asked but 'excellence' would be the hotel offering a service before we knew we needed it. 5) The room and bath were clean. I thought the red carpet made the room less contemporary - it looked 'dated'. 6) We enjoyed our stay. The lobby and restaurant were clean and quite contemporary which is why we chose Tocq. thank you for this for"
