Hotel is generally closed 7 January to 22 January and 1 November to 30 December each year. guest must cancel at least seven days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Cancellations made less than seven days prior to arrival are charged two nights room and tax penalty fee. Deposit rules - no bookings allowed 21 days prior to arrival.
