The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some common complaints about the hotel's rooms and bathrooms, location and breakfast.
Although some lodgers were pleased with their clean and comfortable rooms, some reviewers were disappointed with their accommodations. They reported inadequate heating, poor TV signals, small rooms and noise transfer from the street and guests in adjacent rooms. Some guests also reported poor water pressure and long waits for the hotel's shared bathrooms.
Some guests had difficulty finding the hotel. They reported the location being incorrect when trying to find it with GPS and had to ask a neighbour where the hotel was. One guest remarked, "When you find Maidstone road, the place is right by the large roundabout, not further up by the Nurseries as the satnav would have you believe".
The hotel's free breakfast was a disappointment to some reviewers. They had thought they were to receive a full bed and breakfast-type meal but reported a limited selection instead.
