"The hotel is fine. It is in a slightly dodgy area after dark, especially in the few step from Warren St tube station. It's easy to get around and only one change from Heathrow is a bonus. It's not near any of the major tourist spots, although the walk to Piccadilly Circus is only 20 minutes or so, and Oxford St is 10 minutes away. Be prepared for a long walk from the lift to your room if you use this website. The price was OK but they put you at the end of the earth. The room was just large enough, quite comfortable without being too generous in size. There is a shower over the bath, and the shower stream was good. Not something you can say too often in the UK. If you're looking for somewhere comfortable to lay your head at the end of the day exploring London, this is a good option."

"location is the best thing about it. Our room was the smallest I've stayed in for business travel. Power failures meant that on two days we could not check in - or out easily. Customer Service was poor at dealing with frustrated customers."
