"Only one problem- The hotel was not prepared for us as they had no record of our arrival, etc. Thank God we had the voucher. They shifted the blame to you and said they would get you for the money. They were surprised that we made the reservation on July 18. I think you notified them and they misplaced it. I know we have been billed by our credit card. Thanks"
