"Despite booking two double rooms several months ahead of our stay, we were allocated one twin and two singles upon check-in. Eventually got this changed to two twins, but not ideal for a romantic weekend away for two couples! Great location in centre of city though."

"If your room faces the castle make sure the window closes porperly. Ours did not, and the wind blew in all night, and the heaters were not functioning. The fire alarms went off twice in the morning and we had to evactuate twice standing out front in the cold and rain. There was no fire, never found out what it was. The phones were not working properly, when trying to reach another room in the hotel. Which was frustrating as we had teenagers on another floor, and had to go to their room if we needed to talk to them, which was very trying during the fire alarm."
