"We were in a third floor room which was unbearably hot! There was no cross ventilation and the hotel didn't have a fan to spare.
The upstairs is at least 10 degrees hotter than the lower level floors. Heat is not in our control but offering a fan to those guests on the top floor is a necessity at this hotel!
In addition to the uncomfortable temperature the hotel was VERY noisey from the pub downstairs and up the street. They had loud music blaring and my young children were not able to get to sleep until very late. I spoke to the night desk clerk who informed me that "Pubs have music, and the hotel has a pub"
It was such a pretty place but disappointing."
