"I have a complaint about laundry.
I asked four items, 2 Pajamas and 2 shirts at 26th Oct..
Pajamas were OK, shirts had problems. One of them that was made of cotton was small problem, changed color a little and button color changed blue from brown. Another one that was made of wool was a big problem, collar and cuffs were wrinkled and all was shrunk, for instance sleeves got 5cm shortened.
It is incredible to make such mistake and bring back them to customer without check, without any apology. Is it to do by professional ?
When I received them I think a little abnormal, but not so bad.
I was surprised wearing the woolen shirt after I arrived at London.
I scraped it at hotel in London.
I want to feed back to Marriott Hotel and the laundry in order to do not make same problem.
