The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers. They found it close to public transit, restaurants, shopping, cafes, Sacre Coeur, Saint-Pierre Church, Place Tertre, Moulin Rouge and Montmartre Cemetery.
Numerous reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, efficient, helpful and accommodating.
Several guests were satisfied with their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, cozy, functional and quiet, with great Eiffel Tower views and comfortable beds. Some travellers had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
The Bad

Although several guests were satisfied with their clean and cozy rooms, some reviewers criticized their accommodations. They reported small rooms and bathrooms, as well as narrow beds. One patron remarked, "I have never seen a room so small, I mean you need to be under 5 ft tall and 90lbs & under. The miniature shower, you could not raise your arms to wash your hair (that is not an exaggeration)".
A few travellers complained of noise transfer during their stay. They reported street noise in rooms at the front of the hotel, as well as noise from guests in adjacent rooms and noise in rooms near the elevator.
