The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, staff and rooms.
Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's location, describing it as central, and close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, public transit, Place de la Concorde, Rue de Rivoli, Place Vendome and the Eiffel Tower. One patron noted the hotel was, "well located in the center of Paris (close to Place de la Madeleine which is half way between Champs Elysées and Opera)".
The hotel's staff were complimented by many guests, who characterized them as friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. One reviewer remarked, "The staff is very friendly and helpful, and not just by Paris standards, but by ANY standards".
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, quiet, modern and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. It should be noted, however, that a few guests were disappointed with their accommodations (see below).
