Many reviewers praised the hotel's location, finding it to be close to public transit, cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, Sacre Coeur, Montmartre and Moulin Rouge. One guest remarked, "If you want a place whereby its not far from city centre and where u can see REAL PARIS then this hotel is good for you. Metro is outside the front door. 5 stops to Paris centre".
Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's rates. They described them as fantastic, excellent, amazing and reasonable.
The hotel's staff were the source of several compliments by patrons, who characterized them as friendly, multilingual, helpful and professional. One reviewer noted, "The staff we dealt with here were very professional. Despite getting there early, they had a room for us and through out our stay they were always polite and friendly when we wanted directions, bus numbers etc".

A few lodgers complained of noise disturbances during their stay. They reported noise from guests in adjacent rooms, as well as guests and doors slamming in the hallways.
