"I had reserved a cheap room as I live in the area but could not stay in my appartment as there were works going on. There was an enormous fan outside my window which went all night. There was double glazing which made it better but I had to have the window open as it was so hot and the air conditioning unit did not work. I tried to contact reception at 23.15 to tell them but no one answered. It was very difficult to sleep with the noise. The bathroom was in good condition and clean."
