The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were some complaints about the rooms and value.
Although several reviewers were pleased with their clean and quiet rooms, some lodgers were disappointed with aspects of their accommodations. They reported small-sized rooms, dim lighting, no in-room safes and no coffeemakers or kettles in some rooms. Noise transfer was also reported from the street and hallways.
A few guests complained about the hotel's value. They found the rates to be overpriced and expensive given the hotel's amenities and also felt the breakfast was of poor value for the cost.
