Many guests enjoyed the hotel's location, finding it close to Arc De Triomphe, Champs-Elysees, the Eiffel Tower, shopping, restaurants and public transit. One patron remarked, "...you are basically in one of the best possible positions for places of interest to visit and excellent restaurants and bars".
Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's customer service. They characterized the staff as friendly, bilingual, professional and helpful with directions and suggestions.
