The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it to be safe and close to public transit, restaurants, shopping, bars, Luxembourg Gardens, the airport, the University of Paris, Notre Dame and The Pantheon. One guest noted, "I would highly recommend this hotel for their good and safe location for sightseeing, the Latin Quarter (various bars and restaurants close to hand), RER station is within 5 minutes’ walk".
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by guests, who characterized them as friendly, helpful, professional and multi-lingual. One patron remarked, "The hotel staff are over helpful and could not do enough for us, they were telephoning all over to get us a restaurant and looking up bus and train transfers for us".
