"We drove into Lyon and had difficulty finding how to access the hotel. Once we found the entrance the staff definitely went the extra mile to help us with everything from parking to a shuttle to the gare the next a.m. The restaurant and facilities inside the hotel were very nice."

"When coming by car, it's difficult to find the road that actually gets you to the hotel. You keep on circling for ages around this skyscraper, wondering how on earth can you get near it! I would suggest to put some signs on the roads nearby, indicating which turns to take to get to the hotel.
Superb hotel, anyway!"
