Despite some minus points, the experience was excellent.
"For my purposes, the easy access the hotel provided to everything downtown Helsinki was particularly important. The negative aspect, in my estimation, was the fact that since breakfast was not included, then what one ate ought to have been taken into account, i.e. since I ate only what amounts to a continental breakfast I nevertheless ended up paying as much as those who ate a much more complete breakfast. Also the telephone connection from North America was very poor for reasons I don't know. More than once my husband tried to contact me by phone and couldn't get through, the operator speculated the circuits were full or some other such strange reason which shouldn't happen in these days of electronic connections."
