"air conditioning and cleanliness (especially the spotless bathroom) made a difference. staff was especially friendly and the location is central to many major sites in Toledo. the decorations are quite basic, and the hotel is clearly older, but the hotel is comfortable and clean."

"Just basic accommodation but with restaurant attached. Clean basic room with good aircon. Staff exceptionally poor. 1 middle aged dragon. One prima donna girl who was far more concerned about her appearance than her job. And one lad who seemed very dim.
No breakfast was available, possibly due to staff difficulties. Restaurant almost empty although adjacent restaurants full to bursting. Fantastic location. It would be a super place to stay if the staff were better."
