The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers, who found it close to Bernabeu Stadium, public transit, restaurants, Starbucks, shopping and the airport. One guest noted, "The hotel isn’t right in the centre of Madrid but it was so easy to get round by subway or buses... just a few stops and you’re at The Plaza Mayor. Also, it was about a 3 minute walking to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, from the hotel which is great if you’re in the city for a football game!".
Numerous guests enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, quiet and well maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows and good water pressure. A few patrons had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).

The Bad

Some lodgers were concerned with the added costs they incurred while at the hotel. They found the Wi-Fi fee and cost of breakfast to be expensive, and felt they should have both been included in the daily rates.
Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their clean and well-maintained rooms, a few guests complained about their lodgings. They reported small-sized rooms, poor Wi-Fi connectivity, dated decor and noise transfer from guests in adjacent rooms and the hallways.
