"It's a bit run-down, but people there are helpful, the kitchenettes are convenient, and since I was working right next door at the National Library it was well worth it."

"the Room needed lots of updating, the wall are not very clean, the chamber maid cleaned the rooms well, the towels were very small,no shampoo, or conditioner for the hair, bathroom Condition good, the hotel had no Air Conditioning, the Staff did not seem to be bother with problem, so We had to leave the windows open, the noise from the traffic was horrendous, day and night the noise never stopped.The so called bar was not very good it would be open in the morning, but you would never be sure when it would be in the day time or evening, most of the time it was closed. THE GLASSES WERE OBOVE WHERE PEOPLE SAT AT THE BAR (SMOKING), SO ALL THE SMOKE WOULD GO INTO THE GLASSES not good I don't think!. The Entrance was very dull people going by would think it looked dingy I think it would put people of from going in.The Hotel needs new Settee's in the Foyer."
