"Customer service was excellent---the front desk even suggested some wonderful sights that were not on our touring list. Although our dinner and buffet breakfast were good, we were disappointed they did not include more ethnic dishes, somethings more "specialized." The food was bland and what we would expect to find on a menu in the United States. The service at the restaurant was excellent, but the food rather mediocre. Our room was small, but comfortable, and we would return to this hotel in the future. A serene spot in an active, noisey city."
