"Hotel desk clerk was extremely rude upon check-in - did not greet us or welcome us in any way, never even speaking to us until he had completed our transaction and had to give us directions to our room. The hotel is old and very ugly, with rooms about as cheerful as a hospital ward."

"hi all, I made the reservation through this internet site, and asked specificly for a single room with double bed. As I arrived the hotel, I was shocked to see the room I got: a tiny room, I can say a cabin, with a single bed, and no fresh air. I told them that I can't stay in this room, and after arguing with me, they found a bigger room. Not double bed, but a little more spacious. It was a clean room, but defenetly not what I accpected from a 75 euro's a night hotel. About the erea - nothing interesting around: no shops, no restaurants, no bar - absulutly nothing. to make a long story short - DON'T GO THERE!!"

"Breakfast was excellent, with huge buffet of hot and cold items, and rolls and crosants fresh baked in the dining room. Staff very helpfull and provided excellent advice on attractions etc. 5 minutes walk to nearest Metro station (Clot)."
