The hotel's accommodations were praised by numerous reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, modern, quiet, well equipped and spacious, with beautiful city views, comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. A few lodgers complained of poor Wi-Fi signals, however.
Many guests were pleased with the hotel's location, finding it close to public transit, the airport, the beach, Barcelona's historic centre, restaurants and shopping. One patron noted, "Location is great. Both my girlfriend and I agreed that we were a stone throw away from all the action yet not so far to be disturbed by the city noise".
