One of the most common concerns was the lack of in-room climate control. As noted in the Overview above, only suites have air conditioning. Many reviewers complained that their rooms were uncomfortably warm, while a few guests complained that the rooms were uncomfortably cold.
Noise from the street, the on-site courtyard, a neighbouring nightclub and neighbouring rooms disturbed many guests in their rooms. One couple said, "we could hear everything the people in the next room did and said, as if they were in the same room with us".
While some guests were happy with their rooms, several guests said that their rooms did not meet their cleanliness expectations and one reviewer said that the hotel "would benefit from a very serious deep clean". A few guests said that their rooms and bathrooms were small, appeared dated and were dimly lit.
